Your new challenge
The Staff Assistant role involves providing administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling events, assisting with projects, and coordinating meetings. This position also includes receptionist duties and reporting workplace issues.
Your new challenge will include:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
- Maintain official correspondence with clients, the head office, vendors, licensors, contractors.
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of special events, townhalls, other meetings as assigned, preparing venues.
- Assisting in preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents, reports, presentations.
- Attending various meetings and taking accurate meeting minutes.
- Planning out work-related calendars and schedules.
- Executing functions of a receptionist in case of necessity.
- Reporting any workplace issues through the appropriate channels.
What we would like from you
Candidates should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment. They must also meet the legal requirements to work and reside in the EU and the Netherlands. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth within our organization and is open to fresh graduates as well.
Technical Abilities:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, strong English writing skills for documentation and reports, proficient in English speaking for effective communication with teams and stakeholders
- Great organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management programs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment including printers, photocopiers, shredders, and consumables.
- Knowledge of office processes such as document handling, drafting communications, and filing.
- Helpful and collaborative work ethic, strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Knowedge of Chinese language is advantage

Firstly, we would like to invite you to have an initial chat with one of our in-house recruiters to ensure that you meet the main key criteria for the role. If this all goes to plan, then you will be invited to meet with one of our lead engineers to have a 2nd stage technical interview. This interview will include meeting someone from our dedicated People/HR teams to delve deeper into your aspirations and further bring the culture of CC7 Europe to life.
