Your new challenge

Duties & Responsibilities:

Expertise in formulation of Bill of Materials for a typical Electromechanical and Civil Sub Contract.
Expertise in formulating Sub Contracts for Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Civil contracts for EPC Projects.
Expertise in formulating Sub Contracts for Engineering, Procurement and Project Management services for a typical EPC Contract.
Expertise in preparation of Terms and conditions, Flow downs from prime contract, other Sub contract documents for issue of Invitation to Tender.
Issue Invitation to Bid, correspond with Sub Contractors, receive their bids, Tabulate bids, Negotiate with Sub Contractors on terms and conditions and other documents and issue Contracts after obtaining necessary internal approvals.
Perform all Post contract award Contract Administration activities such a Letter writing, Change order control and administration, Contract close out etc.
Liaise with internal stake holders such as Engineering, Project Controls, Legal, Finance and Project Management.
Furnish reports of Contract details when asked by Project Management.
If applicable ready to interpret contract and other legal ecosystem surrounding contract for any dispute resolution.

Requirements

Strong in Quantity Survey knowledge, Bill of Materials and Sub Contract clauses
Minimum 12 years of Experience in handling Project Contracting / Sub Contracting in an EPC organization ( preferable in downstream hydrocarbon ).
Good ability in written and verbal English communication.
Desirable to have one or two Project experience in EPC Projects.
Ability to Lead team of 3 or 4 Sub Contracts personnel
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed university and preferably Law qualifications alongside.
The legal requirements to work and reside in the EU and Netherlands is desirable
